Hi Earlybirders, once again I think I was lucky as I put the camera on auto & pressed plus I was only 12 feet away. It's the smaller garden visitors (finches, sparrow & tits) that are posing the greatest challenge - they won't sit still long enough!

Kallen, Practice, practise but don't try too hard. I did delete quite a few - well lots actually.
Lynne, I haven't really even attempted something in flight apart from geese.
