Despite my reasonably close presence yesterday the Robin contined to collect necessary building materials and I think the construction is now complete. FAB.
Hi frank, This fellow is very active! Well, this is good for the future opportunity of pictures but you already got some nice one. Congrats. have a nice week end with plenty of sun!!
Good images of the robin! Our birds are just getting started with courtship, except for the ravens and eagles. I hope you will continue thru the nesting season.
Hi 'Early Birders'. Other chores have kept us away from window watching today but from what little I've seen the building sequence has finished. Will try to check out the nest tomorrow and see if there is an occupant. Have a good weekend. FAB.
Stunning photos Frank of nature in action! The Robin, one of my favourite birds! Please they're setting up home on your patch! Hope you're able to follow their progress. Have good weekend
Excellent shots, Frank. Looks like Robin's got its beak quite full! I always wonder how they can see where they're going with so much material in front of their face!
Oh I am loving these shots of that Robin creating it's nest...We have had several couples of blue birds checking out our nest boxes but so far no one seems to be really serious about making a claim! I am inspired by your photos...come on April...I can't wait! Great shots!!
Thanks Tina. The weather here is dreadfull, more rain, so that has put the mockers on checking out any of the possible garden nesters. Hopefully April will bring proper sunshine!
Lovely shots Frank, love seeing Robins at work.
