Return to "The Glade" - Painted Lady

On Saturday morning I returned to the glade in Hill House Wood and whilst Silver-washed Fritillary was again the predominant species there were many others including Painted Lady.

  6. Lovely butterflies! I see they enjoy thistle there as well as they do here.

    I enjoyed the post on the Jersey towers and your explanation as to why they were designed as they are.
